Let me share with you the material manufacturing process of PVC leather:
1. Printing

2. Topcoat
PVC leather after printing should be topcoated, which can make the surface of the material smoother and improve the wear resistance and anti-fouling properties.
3. Dry

4. Coating
The dried PVC leather should be coated. The coating can be made with PVC resin, plastic additives, stabilizers, etc., which can improve the material’s waterproofness, wear resistance, and UV resistance.
5. Embossed
Embossing is to emboss patterns on the surface of PVC leather, which can make PVC leather have better texture and appearance.
6. Transfer paper
Transfer paper is a special printing paper used to transfer patterns from paper to PVC leather surface, thereby forming rich patterns and patterns.
7. Hardening
Hardening is to heat and harden the PVC leather that has undergone the above series of treatments to improve the hardness and strength of the material and also improve the waterproof performance.
8. Cutting
The hardened PVC leather can be cut and cut to facilitate subsequent processing.
9. Packaging
